3. On my first stay in 2005, we had a HUGE room with full kitchen, living/dining room, a bathroom with a beautiful big tub, huge walkin closet.

4. I understand that it was formerly an apartment building and some rooms are still set up as such: separate living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, etc.

5. Yes the kitchen is from 1970 but that didn't matter as who eats in when you're staying in NY.
