3. the view was great, and the staff were very nice!next to the hotel there is a nice deli and in a short walk you can enjoy an amazing italian restaurant with the best pizza in the world.

4. When I called to request a room on upper floors, I was met with not -so -polite customer service person (she mentioned that i am getting areal good deal so getting good views or anything might be hard).

8. i'm not rich, its just there's soooo many places to eat!)It would have been nice to get a room with a view of the roads instead of the air con system between the surrounding buildings.

9. Also, when I ordered the flowers, the staff asked me if I wanted a room with a view -- or if it was more important to have a quiet room.
