1. There is a very nice Italian restaurant next door, can't remember the name but the food was lovely and the price wasn't too bad either.

5. The neighborhood is safe, and there are plenty of 24 hour delis, a grocery store, lots of cafe-type places, several 'family' restaurants, and several large hotel 'high end' restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walk.
