1. Pros -- excellent location (a few blocks from Central Park, across the street from Carnegie Hall, and a very short walk to Rockefeller Center and the Christmas tree), very nice staff, my suite had a huge bedroom plus a seating area, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, lots of clothes storage, very good price for December in NYC.

2. The pillow was great.
"Great base for Midtown stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/14/2008 Vote
3. Any hotel room under $300/night in NYC is usually a shoe-box with two twin beds, a pancake for a pillow, 150 square feet of living space and, simply, dark and depressing with a window view of a brick wall.
"I love this place!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/24/2009 Vote
4. The bed linens are fine (clean, probably 280 thread count sheets, fiberfill duvet, eight plump pillows for 2 beds) and the towels are thick and clean (and they DON'T smell like smoke!).
"Couldn't have been better! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2009 Vote
