1. The positive: staff is friendly, we got reimbursed for the night we didn't stay there, but a little too late as no manager available in the evening before to help you, so we ended up staying there miserably for one night.

2. Yahoo travel screwed up something when they transmitted our reservation to the Buckingham; I called to confirm and Sandra, the manager, cleared it up easily When we checked in, she had left a nice bottle of merlot and put us in a corner suite.
