Other then the bad management, the location is sketchy, beds are hard , had to request extra pillows, the two pillows on each bed are flat as pancakes, out of the 3 of us, none of us could get good cell coverage anywhere in our room, internet was also tricky, the only positive thing I could say was the complimentary breakfast was actually not bad as far as free hotel breakfasts went, but I think I would much prefer to stay at a nicer hotel , in a better neighbourhood with better customer service and pay for my breakfast.
