8. The bad things were the little things:first the hotel decided to be 'green' that meant they do not change the sheets or the towels during your stay.

9. They have also cut back on changing the sheets, towels and toiletries but this is all explained in a letter left in your room from the manager (economic climate, cost savings, etc,etc), again not really a problem but the prices haven't gone down either.
