2. All I know is that at midnight each night the horrible whirring, grinding, crashing and clunking noises one would associate with sounds that a garbage truck makes began and they continued without stop throughout the rest of the night, echoing throughout the entire neighborhood.

3. There are lots of little eateries in the neighborhood, sit-down of course as well as salad and hot-food buffet take-out for those who may wish to take something back to the room (which had a small fridge, microwave, and also asafe).

4. There's management issues here, for certain, although besides lowering the price, I'm not sure what can really be done about neighborhood noise.
