3. Top floors have good view to downtown Portland but can be noisy in the morning due to traffic and freight train , I think the other 2 directions will be better option ( this hotel is the shape of triangle- crown), we used white noise from our Ipad which helped us sleep in a little .

4. I recommend staying on the top floors to avoid street noise but the hotel is well insulated against all noise inside and out.
