3. The charge to park in a small hotel lot was a bit annoying, plus you can have a valet to drive the car 30 yards if you choose for $4 more a day - come on man.

5. It is a reasonable price for the area and if you are a seasoned hotel person, you know to park your car in the driveway while checking in and then move the car to the lot (so you don't have to walk all the way out to the lot to put up the pass).
