1. We did have a great nights sleep (no noise whatsoever) and the journey to Universal Studios the following morning was only 5 mins in the car so it's well placed for that.

2. Location of this hotel on Hollywood Boulevard is great - we stayed there on the weekend of the Grammy Awards with large party's being held in the reception area on the Saturday night there was no problem with noise or inconvenience - this hotel very handy to all the tourist attractions with the subway right next door.

6. We also couldn't work out whether it was the heating, aircraft or metro noise, but there was a noise that seemed to come and go every ten minutes no matter what time of the day or night.

9. I was passed on to Alex (I believe that was his name) and he immediately rectified the situation by moving us to a quiet room on the 10th floor away from all the noise.
