1. Massive bathroom with a fantastic shower and gorgeous Aveda toiletries are provided and there was so much space it was unbelievable.

3. The bathrooms need updating and were poor - I like a shower cubicle and dont expect to have to stand in a bath with a shower curtain and water spraying on the floor in a modern city like LA and in a good chain like the Renaissance.

10. -although the book in the room mentioned turn down service, we didn't get it-no shower cap in the room, let alone a robe or any other amenity befitting the high cost-the club floor breakfast was fine, but not worth the upcharge.
