3. The not exactly good: light sleepers will not like noise from busy highway, thin walls means you can hear the toilets flush a few rooms away, loud air conditioner fans; gym weight room broken, no pool.

7. I am not too crazy about the sliding door of the bathroom because it does not block noise at all but the entire room looks nice with flat panel LCD TVs and comfortable beds.

9. I need darkness when I sleep, so if I get woken up by the slightest noise in the morning I need to know that the sun won't keep me from falling back asleep.
