8. After about 25 minutes of waiting at the correct pickup location, diligently watching for the van, still no shuttle so I called again (and the phone rang 15 times before someone answered) and was told it would be just another 5 minutes.

The good: comfortable beds, free parking; clean rooms, free wireless internet, free business center, good service (Thanks Joel), efficient Shuttle service to both Airport and T station (as well as local East Boston restaurants), easy to get via car, free coffee/tea around the clock, good location past Logan Airport.
