3. The customer service is outstanding, rooms are very nice, very clean and they have a bar and restaurant which is very convenient for the airport folks who don't want to deal with the traffic and congestion of Boston.

4. Like most airport hotels there isn't a great deal of character however this one is very nicely, and it would seem newly, furnished.
