1. My room was dirty, and every day the bed was made like the housekeeper just threw the blankets on the bed.

2. I hate to say it but if I'm paying 250.00 a night I expect that I should have a clean swimming pool to use, enough Kleenex to blow my nose, and a fresh bed to go to sleep in at night.
