1. That seemed like a downgrade to me since I know those rooms usually cost less than the room we were in, so we decided to just make the best of it and stay in 312.

4. A few things that stopped me giving that fifth star - the fittings and fixtures aren't quite top-notch (the bedside lamp's switch fell off, the wet-room showers are neither large nor powerful enough etc), and it appears that service creaks a little when there are large conferences/conventions there.
