2. The staff is mostly cheerful, and ready to help, but you'll find they have to do a lot to correct housekeeping and other service errors that shouldn't occur in the first place.

7. We were exhausted though and didn't call housekeeping that night, so I left a note for housekeeping with an arrow pointing right to it so there was no way it could be missed and it was cleaned up the next time there were in there.
