3. To top it all off, the front desk manager promised me a free night's stay to make up for the stress of having my suitcase go astray, then renegged on her promise by not calling back and not returning any of my subsequent calls.

5. Only good i have to say is that valet was excellent and the front desk manager i believe named Mike was a good guy.

6. There were a few glitches with the valet parking and breakfast service, but after speaking with the general manager about them, I feel certain they will be corrected.
