I a rather quiet street very close to the German embassy the PH offers everything a 400 $ hotel should do: stylisch interior, excellent service (they even offer maps for runners - the round trail thru the mall-area is my pitch), a small swimming pool (no real spa with sauna though) and a very chic restaurant (with good drinks).
