1. Great staff, nothing too much trouble, bars and lounge very relaxed but professional, Blue Duck Tarvern fantastic (not cheap), Business Executive Suites fantastic corner locations with lots of windows, free laptop use (very handy).

7. Our AAA discount entitled us to two free breakfasts in the elegant restaurant which was a good thing because the food was ridiculously overpriced there ($32 for a standard 2 egg breakfast) and cold to boot.

8. I was concerned about getting to breakfast on time because we wanted to sleep in and they said not to worry, that breakfast was available to guests at any time and that, contrary to the conditions of the AAA rate, room service breakfast was free as well.
