2. Great staff, nothing too much trouble, bars and lounge very relaxed but professional, Blue Duck Tarvern fantastic (not cheap), Business Executive Suites fantastic corner locations with lots of windows, free laptop use (very handy).

4. My only complaint at all regarding the PH is the price of food and drink - from the $10 mini apple pie (which was FANTASTIC) to the $15 per glass of wine - it was just a bit on the high end.
