2. The Park Hyatt Washington, DC is a beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood, so why such low ratings? Well, when a hotel offers a 'special' family rate, as Park Hyatt does, you expect that they're prepared to accommodate the basic needs of families.

7. Once inside, it is bright and beautiful with a smallish pool (a little tight for laps) and hot tub with more than ample poolside seating.
