1. No one offered us help to bring our luggage nor directed us to where the elevator was.

2. They made no effort to help us find another alternative for dinner other then to seat us in the lounge which offered a short menu of appetizers (no entrees available) and a children's menu - so my boys ate dinner and I had a small-portioned, over-priced appetizer.

8. As soon as you near the hotel, the bellhops & valet gentlemen are extremely courteous, smiling & eager to help, whether it was w/your luggage or to tell us that Trader Joe's was only a few blocks away.

9. When I got there to check in there was nobody at the front desk, stood for a couple of minutes unitl the concierge saw me standing and decided to help me.
