1. I am sorry that I do not remember names, but I can not think of one interaction that was not welcoming, pleasant and friendly.

2. I'm a frequent traveler so they know me, however, I watch they treat everyone coming to the resort--it's like coming home--they always make you feel welcome and there never seems to be a request they can't handle.
