1. Two of the negatives above (weird shower, pricey food) are no big deal, or can be avoided entirely (the restaurant, not the shower), and the location may not be an issue (but if you are, say, just doing a quick stay and want to be near the airport, this is not the best choice).

4. We also our breakfast every morning and the best deal is the continental breakfast, you get all the fruit, pasties, greek yogurt Ect that you can eat (try the granola its made just for them, and my wife loved the orange muffins, can you guys send me some???).
