1. We call the front desk to complain about the situation and alll that was done was transferring us to security who said 'we'll take care of it' an hung up.

2. I spent several days interviewing candidates in the lounge area and Mary was incredible and she demonstrated great skill and timing as she took care of me and my guests; she came over as a new candidate sat down to take our order, checked on us when appropriate and no sooner had the candidate left then Mary was cleaning up and preparing for the next interview.

3. One of the members of my party is gluten intolerent, and the wait staff in the restaurant were careful to check out some menu items to be sure they were safe for her.

4. Perhaps the lack of maintenance will be taken care of and if so, I would recommend this place for anyone who loves to totally relax in a great setting.

5. Breakfast buffet was acceptable, service (with the exception of the hostess on both mornings) was excellent and personal, the waiter taking great care of the boys and even going out of his way to Starbucks to accommodate their desire for hot chocolate.

6. We did see a rattlesnake in the road before we left, so be careful when out and about and ask the hotel before getting too adventurous with hiking.

8. I will say that the kitchenette leaves something to be desired, the microwave barely pops popcorn, but who's eating in the room, right?Service at the hotel was great, everyone is there to take care of every need, quick, friendly, professional.
