1. I spent several days interviewing candidates in the lounge area and Mary was incredible and she demonstrated great skill and timing as she took care of me and my guests; she came over as a new candidate sat down to take our order, checked on us when appropriate and no sooner had the candidate left then Mary was cleaning up and preparing for the next interview.

2. They played classical/ new age instrumental (no lyrics) music during the day outdoors around our pool, so because of the remoteness and tranquil vibe, the casitas area is definitely more for couples and adult kids, not families w/ kids under 15, who would be too bored.

5. I was a little nervous since we have always had a great time that the hiltons we have stayed at in Phoenix and trying a new place can be a risk with two little kids.

10. I highly recommend new showerheads, double sinks (or at least a second sink in the vanity area between the bath and closet), and to update the wallpaper which was poorly hung and peeling off in many spots.
