1. positives include free internet (plug your computer in to the hard wired internet, the wi-fi is spotty at best), free parking, good water pressure, convenient to 81 and 690, and very comfortable beds.

3. Two positive things that we found: there was a free and convenient parking behind the hotel and there was a free shuttle that we could use to the restaurant area and back.
