1. Lobby of the hotel was lovely, has a dual sided fireplace, flat screen television and all of the seating arrangements were plush and comfortable, beware the elevator - it can be tempermental (buzzes loudly if not everyone is aboard within 5 seconds) and there is only one elevator, so you may find yourself waiting awhile to get from your floor to the lobby (thankfully there are also accessible stairs) We found the housekeeping staff to be pleasant and one of the nicest perks of the hotel was the shuttle service - they will pick you up from the airport (or in our case the train station) and bring you back.
