3. The rooms at the Parkview have all been recently renovated in the last few years and are quite nice.

4. I understand the hotel also 'moonlights' as additional housing for the University students, but cannot say they created a noise issue at all, on quite the contrary, it was nice to see them utilizing the lobby for their studies.

5. The cafe downstairs in the hotel was convenient as well, and is a nice place to drop in if you care for a bite to eat or a glass of wine and find it too brisk outside to do the walk.

7. I thank Frodo and am on my way to a great hotel with very nice staff (see review)Now I understand that Frodo didn't have to transfer me,and I get that hotwire isn't a sure be.

8. I pulled up to the front to check and and an extremely nice man who was cleaning the doors at almost 11pm greeted me.
