2. The hotel is not fancy in the hotel chain sense, but a nice and well-kept example of hotels that have this traditional flavor.

4. The Parkview Hotel is operated by the Genesee Grand Hotel, just west on Genesee street, a more modern and fancy place to stay closer to campus, but without the charm of the Parkview.
