1. We are not typically ones to gripe about where we stay unless situations are unreasonable, thankfully all impressions after our first check-in impression far improved our stay.

2. Must say, the overall experience was pretty good, though when the hospitality industry depends so much on first impressions, I think this location could invest a little more time in evaluating whom they put behind the front desk.

8. Abraham Fuentes took me from the hotel to the airport and gave me a great last impression of not only the Genesee Grande and the ParkView Hotel but also Syracuse as a city.
