1. It is at the quiet end of the beach and across the street from the Hyatt which costs at least twice as much.

4. My only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, so if you had a room like ours, backing onto the soccer fields across the street, you might hear some noise during the day, but at night, it was very quiet, and we slept with no trouble.
