Helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, really came to our aid when our Sat Nav from Dollar stopped working (100 times more helpful than Dollar - please see other 1* review of that useless companies apalling customer service) Frank let us use his phone, provided us with Maps and sent us on our way with breakfast pastries incase we got lost.

9. We were pleasantly surprised by all of this, in fact we canceled a night at a different hotel and added to our visit with Frank, If you get room 117 it has a slight view of the ocean.
