Helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, really came to our aid when our Sat Nav from Dollar stopped working (100 times more helpful than Dollar - please see other 1* review of that useless companies apalling customer service) Frank let us use his phone, provided us with Maps and sent us on our way with breakfast pastries incase we got lost.
