1. Breakfast is really good, and Frank likes you to help yourself to whatever you like, and even take some more for you journey.

8. He was cheerful and helpful and upon discovering we were there for my birthday, gave us a brownie at breakfast the next morning complete with a birthday candle and matches.

9. helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, really came to our aid when our Sat Nav from Dollar stopped working (100 times more helpful than Dollar - please see other 1* review of that useless companies apalling customer service) Frank let us use his phone, provided us with Maps and sent us on our way with breakfast pastries incase we got lost.
