1. The hotel has lovely grounds and the staff is nice, but my room was noisy.

4. Our room was very nice with a fireplace (I strongly reccommend) and a second floor view that was nearly perfect short of facing the ocean.

7. The staff was excellent and very polite, price wise it is about the same as Montage in Laguna Beach but it is not as nice, you are defenitly paying a bit of a surcharge for some of the 'old worl charm'.
