3. The staff was excellent and very polite, price wise it is about the same as Montage in Laguna Beach but it is not as nice, you are defenitly paying a bit of a surcharge for some of the 'old worl charm'.

5. Rooms are older with thin walls, which would explain the lack of an IPOD adaptable player, and the rooms really are the only thing holding this place back from me giving it an excellent rating.
