And the beds are so comfortable that i actually called to see if i could buy one of the mattresses (you can- the concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable about this- i guess i am not the only one)I love the pool- relaxing, quiet- feels like a real retreat AND the beach club across the street with a new, Olympic size swimming pool, a restaurant and beach access is pretty phenomenal.

8. The staff were all nice and helpful, except for the bartender at the Tydes restaurant who seemed annoyed when we ordered the happy hour priced glass of wine for $7 to drink while we watched the sunset.

9. The airline lost our luggage for a day and Joe went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and arrange for my medicine at the local pharmacy, contacts, etc.

10. After hardly any sleep we went to reception again where we were helped by a very nice girl who understood our problem and changed us to a room with a lot less noise.
