1. Anyway after I found a spot in lot next to hotel, security came in hotel as I was checking in and told me I couldn't park there and he moved my car to a pkg garage nearby.

3. We were NOT aware that the only option for parking was Valet, but the car is located in a "SECURE GARAGE" ony three blocks away.

4. The supervisor refused to do this and was extremely impolite and unsympathetic, and despite numerous calls to Ramada we have been unable to secure a refund.
