1. I cannot forget my valet driver Hugo, he come up to my room took care of my bagage at 430 in the morning loaded my bags in the van and we started our way toward the airport that guy made me laugh he was hilarious that alone will make me come back and stay there again .

2. The only drawback was the old original elevater with a pull screen, careful with your fingers and a little slow in moving.

5. Not ONLY did they NOT take care of us like they said, they ruined some of our clothes, we had freaking BED BUGS and they were not friendly when we very kindly and patiently asked them to help us out with our stuff.

9. The rooms are small but have character to spare, the elevator is certainly not swift but who cares its an old hotel that sees value in history.
