, even in the event of technical difficulties on their own website.

By that night, it did not appear to have been

ed, nothing was said to us by the front desk, no sign they'd even been there, nothing.

Upon checking out our bill was still not
correct
and when I showed them a copy of the confirmation and told them that this was unacceptable, I was again made to feel as if I was annoying them with my simple request to fix this costly mistake.
