They said that we were
respons
ible for ensuring that the date on the confirmation email was correct, even in the event of technical difficulties on their own website.

One stuck out where the hotel pretty much said 'We are not
respons
ible for your dissatisfaction with your room due to outside noise,' or something close to that.
