1. Besides not even giving me my welcome cocktail (a selling point on this particular hotel) they seemed like they didnt care if I asked anything, or if they could call the room next to me about the screaming baby.

3. In our opinion the decoration could use a bit of an update but everything is in great conditions and the super friendly staff makes up for everything; from the valet to the sales director, to the guy who takes care of the fb page, they were all extra friendly and welcoming.
