1. This isn't a luxury hotel, but I don't think it puts itself out to be anything other than a hip, cute hotel in a convenient spot.

2. It was within walking distance from the conference, breakfast was included, the airport shuttle was convenient, my room had a balcony, the bathroom was nice and modern, and the staff were terrific.
