5. From a cockroach in the bathroom to jets landing it seemed at times almost overhead, from noisy air conditioners to squeaky doors, from staff that were not all that helpful to rooms that need a face lift, this place had plenty of things that say Avoid It.

8. If your a bit beyond that age range (as we are) - Little Italy is walking distance charming, friendly, CLEAN, and has plenty of choices for cocktail conversation, Vino Fino exporation, and solidly good restaurants.
