1. There's a whole foods about a mile away and plenty of other local restaurants.

2. This pool is shared with a nice gym in the complex but it was never too crowded and plenty of towels on hand and nice cabanas that most hotels require you to reserve & pay for but not this Hyatt.

4. There are plenty of spots to park on the street in front of the hotel and it isn't as far as you think to get into downtown La Jolla or San Diego for that matter.

9. They do have valet ($25/day) and self parking ($20/day) but there is plenty of on street parking that is pretty safe, but I would always use common sense.
