1. in our case we asked several times, pointed it out, was told the gal was new and the two guys standing around did not want to tell her how to do her job so we decided to walk to get our car ourselves.

2. $10/day for the internet is always a bummer--when will these giant full service hotels stop charging people for the internet?? Although the room itself was not in brand new condition, it was clean and well maintained--no complaints.
