5. The staff were extremely courteous, pleasant and very responsive - the only negative service experience we had was the wait for the drinks we ordered by the pool - it probably took the waitress 45 minutes to bring a juice and a beer.

The Hyatt has excellent freeway access, a pleasant lobby with courteous front desk staff, clean and modern rooms, a well appointed gym (for free on site--the adjacent sports club has a daily fee), a large pool good for swimming laps or goofing off (also free, shared with the sports club), and an attractive and large hot tub.
